Day 5 - Bush Camp to Curtin Springs ~70km
Another short day, but with a few longer days at the beginning there was no need to rush the end of my journey. By this time I was starting to run low on supplies and my energy levels were lower than usual.
"I started feeling hungry when I hit Lasseter highway and stopped for a quick snack 30km from Curtin Springs. I the last 30km felt like forever, I was riding fast but still hungry and my saddle sores were killing me.
Eventually made it and raided my food bag. Running low on food but so hungry, will restock a little when I hit Yulara. 1 day till Uluru, only 100km away! Splurging on dinner tonight, can't wait!"
