Daily Expenses

Found a handy site which estimates the amount of money you will need for a given bike tour.

Heres my quick guesstimate:

So after some quick calculations I'll need roughly $26 a day including cost of flights/ferries/accommodation etc. Notice how much is spent on food! I guess I'd spend more in 'real' life.. which kinda scares me.. I don't want to look at my bank account and see how much I spent last year. Yikes.

This gives me more motivation to work harder, essentially every extra hour I work will give me an extra day to travel!
